After that find 1-2 division that are in the heaviest action and give them the priority template so your new guns go to those divisions first. So go into your division template and clone your core division and give the new one priority weapon status. On the unit side, you won't notice much of a payoff for weapon upgrades if they are spread across your army. Keep moving factories over 1-2 at a time after the effeciency gets to a nice level. This should keep your effeciency high for most of you production and allow you to build effeciency on the new factories. Unit configuration and production switching.įor production switching make a new line for weapons and assign it 1-2 factories and then remove 1-2 from your old production line. Next, Switching production all at once causes a massive falloff in effeciency, so if you don't have an arms stockpile to cover a switch you need to do a slow transition, which has 2 parts. If you can't do that you should not convert. So before converting make sure that when working well your expected production can outproduce your replacement needs. Do you have the Factory/Efficiency/Resource capacity to actually produce enough weapons to suit you needs? Basically newer weapons take more metal and the same factories to produce less of them.
